1. What We Collect
We collect: your name and email address (from signup); birth date, time, and location (for astrological calculations); questions you ask the Oracle; readings and interpretations generated for you; palm images you upload (processed and not stored permanently); payment information (handled by Stripe — we never see your card details); and usage data (which features you use, when).
2. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used to: generate personalized astrological and Oracle readings; remember your previous questions to improve future readings (Premium feature); process subscription payments; send you product updates and your daily reading (you can unsubscribe at any time); and improve the Service. We do not sell your data to any third party. Ever.
3. Data Storage
Your data is stored securely in Supabase (PostgreSQL database) with row-level security — meaning your data is only accessible by you and our system. Birth data, questions, and readings are retained for as long as your account is active. Palm images are processed by our AI and not stored permanently.
4. Third-Party Services
We use: Supabase (database and authentication); Stripe (payment processing — governed by Stripe's privacy policy); Google Gemini (AI readings — questions are sent to Google's API for processing); Netlify (hosting). Each of these providers has their own privacy policy and security practices.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to: access all data we hold about you; correct inaccurate data; delete your account and all associated data; export your reading history; and opt out of marketing emails. To exercise any of these rights, email support@mypersonaloracle.com. We will respond within 30 days.
6. Children's Privacy
This Service is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
7. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication (keeping you logged in). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. We do not run ads.
8. International Users
If you are accessing the Service from outside the United States, your data will be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use of the Service after notification constitutes acceptance.
