My Personal Oracle ("the Service", "we", "us") provides AI-powered astrological guidance, tarot readings, moon cycle information, astrocartography, and related wellness content. The Service is operated by My Personal Oracle and is accessible at mypersonaloracle.com.
2. Not Professional Advice
The Oracle provides symbolic interpretation, astrological analysis, and AI-generated guidance for personal reflection and entertainment purposes only. Nothing on this Service constitutes professional financial, legal, medical, psychological, or life advice. Always consult qualified professionals for important decisions. Astrological readings are not predictions or guarantees of future events.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By creating an account you confirm that you are 18 or older. If you are under 18, please do not use this Service.
4. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree not to share your account with others. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
Premium subscriptions are billed monthly ($9.99) or annually ($79) via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings — you retain Premium access until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods except at our discretion within 7 days of first purchase.
6. Free Tier
Free accounts receive one Oracle question per day. We reserve the right to modify free tier limits at any time with reasonable notice.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to harass others, generate harmful content, attempt to reverse-engineer the platform, or circumvent any security measures. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate this policy.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and code on this Service is owned by My Personal Oracle. Your reading history and personal data belong to you. You grant us a limited license to process your data to provide the Service.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Personal Oracle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
